T1 Peculiarities of Course of the Transamination Reactions in the Carp Organism under the Impact of Organophosphoric Compound in the Aquatic Medium JF Hydrobiological Journal JO HYD YR 2013 FD 2013-09-04 VO 49 IS 4 SP 113 OP 116 K1 organophosphoric compound K1 dimethoate K1 alanine aminotransferase K1 aspartate aminotransferase K1 tissues K1 liver K1 gills K1 muscles K1 carp. AB Impact of the organophosphoric compound (dimethoate) of concentration 0.15, 0.30 and 0.5 mg/dm3 on activity of the transamination enzymes in the carp's liver, gills and muscles was studied. Activity of aspartate aminotransferase in most cases did not change, whereas activity of alanine aminotransferase was suppressed, especially in the carp's muscles.
