The deviation of the system from both thermal and ionization equilibria can be investigated with the help of the calculation of thermodynamic and transport properties in a two-temperature plasma.
The comprehension of the ionization equilibrium requires the knowledge of the recombination reaction coefficient in a three-body mechanism. Futhermore the deviation of the plasma thermodynamics and transport properties from the ionization equilibrium conditions depends on both the mean electronic and atom-ion gas temperature and also on the gas velocity.
In this paper, the recombination coefficents are experimentally measured and evaluated by theoriticaly calculations. So that we have been able to study the variation of the plasma temperature for the electrons, the ions and the atoms with the gas velocity. At last the temperature of heavy species like ions and atoms with and without deviation from the ionization equilibrium have been estimated and compared.
