ABSTRAKT

The method of computation of transonic flow over a swept wing based on the full-potential equation is extended to the classical wing-tail configuration. It is assumed that a high-aspect-ratio wing affects the tail located behind it only by the vortex sheet coming off the wing trailing edge. The effect of the tail on the wing is neglected. Comparison of the developed technique with the vortex-lattice method and with the method of solution of Navier-Stokes equations is implemented for a text configuration.
