Intensification of Heat and Mass Transfer Processes in the Working Channel of Extrusion Machines during Processing of Newtonian Polymer Liquids
ABSTRAKT
A mathematical model for optimization of mass and heat transfer processes, occurring in the working channels in processing of polymer materials whose melts obey the power rheological equation of state has been developed. The algorithm of solution of the mathematical model allows optimization of parameters of the extrusion process both at the stage of equipment design and in the process of equipment operation, taking into account changes in the geometrical and technological characteristics.
