ABSTRAKT

The paper presents results of statistical processing of data of the background hydrochemical monitoring of the Prut River within the Carpathian National Nature Park. Dependence was established of the water quality parameters on the altitude and distance from the river source. It was proposed to use the statistical formulas for rationing of the anthropogenic load on the main channel of the Prut River and its tributaries within the upper part of the basin.
