ABSTRAKT
Descriptions of statistical, power and algebraic characteristics of backscatters from above-water objects and a sea surface in the HF range are proposed. Worked out models consider the significant property of localization and invariance in linear subspaces of corresponding Euclidean space for vectorial information processes observed on the output of the antenna array. The application of suggested models makes it possible to simplify the analysis and synthesis of algorithms for disclosing and estimation parameters of signals in the HF range, which are propagated over the sea surface.
