ABSTRAKT

For such formations on the Sun as active regions and coronary holes with application of the spectral analysis method and construction of graphs of isolines for surface of total rotation power as a function of time and the heliocentric latitude in the specific three-day intervals of period for epochs of maximum and minimum of three cycles of solar activity were estimated. We discovered new regularities of origination of active regions and coronary holes with powerful stable rotation for narrow intervals of periods not only for epochs of decrease of 11-year cycles (it was known earlier) but also within bounds of every11-year cycle between its successive local maximums on time intervals and on latitudes of considerable decrease of level of activity of the corresponding solar formation.
