The model takes into account the processes of metal explosion and magnetohydrodynamic description of plasma acceleration (based on the mass, momentum, and energy conservation laws and neglecting the viscosity and thermal conductivity of plasma). Acceleration and compression steady-state modes of a magnetoplasma launcher were considered. It was found that in a steady-state regime, the velocity of plasma formations increases by 5 times during movement in the interelectrode gap. Simultaneously, the plasma is nonuniformly distributed along the channel due to the acceleration, so the value of the plasma density at the exit of the acceleration channel is reduced by 15% compared to the initial value. %8 2016-07-15
