Thus, to approximate the human subjective decision-making process, it would be more suitable to enhance the fuzzy measure which will consider the dependency list of multiple decision-making criteria. This shortcoming has been overcome in the present manuscript by defining a new operational law and their corresponding interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy interaction correlated averaging operator. Further, an extension of the TOPSIS method is developed by combining the proposed operator with Choquet-based Hamming distance. An illustrative example has been given for demonstrating the approach.
