It is assumed that the plasma azimuthal magnetic field decreases over r−1 of the boundary of the plasma pinch. The dispersion equation which is the main result of this work was obtained in the approximation of a "thin" plasma tube. By this equation it was shown that the unstable modes are realized including a global kink mode with poloidal wave number m = 1. The results can be applied to interpreting the behavior of solar magnetic flux tubes. %8 2016-06-02
