Signs of oxidative stress and genotoxicity in specimens from the polluted site were detected. In all exposed groups of mollusks prooxidative changes occurred. Triclosan and estrone caused increase of lysosomal membranes permeability, and estrone provoked increase of oxyradicals formation. The signs of genotoxicity were not observed only under the action of ibuprofen. Impact of the considered compounds, which are common components of the municipal wastewater, even at nanomolar concentrations modulated physiological and biochemical responses of the mollusk. %8 2015-10-01
