摘要
The effect of derivatives from alginic acid, sodium alginate (Algigel medication) and sodium-calcium alginate (Kanalgat medication), on the efficacy of eliminating radionuclides 90Sr and 137Cs from the organism of rats was investigated. It was determined that alginate medications accelerate elimination of the radionuclides from their organisms. The efficacy of elimination depends on the dose of medication and its saline form. In all cases, the antidote effect was more clearly expressed in relation to 90Sr rather than to 137Cs.
