Micromorphological Characteristics of Culinary-Medicinal Mushroom and Fungi Cultures
摘要
Micromorphological characteristics of culinarymedicinal mushrooms and fungi pure cultures (Ascomycota and Basidiomycota with visible fruit bodies) were investigated by scanning electron microscopy. Anamorphic of various kinds, and modified vegetative mycelium hyphae were observed in different taxonomic groups of macromycetes. New data on micromorphology of rare, edible, and medicinal species are given. The taxonomical importance of the revealed traits is discussed.
