摘要

The boundary layer flow on a finite-length, infinite-span flat plate is studied in the case of a strong viscous–inviscid interaction with a hypersonic gas flow. In the vicinity of the leading edge of the plate, the flow functions are expanded into a series under the assumption of a specified base pressure as a function of the transverse coordinate being specified at the trailing edge. It is demonstrated that the coefficients of these expansions include an undefined function, which depends on the transverse coordinate. Appropriate boundary-value problems are formulated and solved numerically and eigenvalues are determined. It is shown that two-dimensional flow in the boundary layer transforms to three-dimensional flow in this case. The influence of the temperature factor on the flow characteristics is analyzed.
