PROBABILISTIC APPROACH TO DETERMINING THE RESERVE FACTOR OF A HELICOPTER STRUCTURE AT VARIOUS LIFE CYCLE STAGES
摘要
The AR 29 Aviation Requirements and ARCH 2 Airworthiness Requirements for Civilian Helicopters are compared in terms of the reserve factor. Based on guidance developed at TsAGI, a probabilistic principle of determining the reserve factor in the strength calculation of the structure of any aircraft, including a helicopter, is given. A method to determine the reserve factor in order to confirm the sufficiency of a helicopter's structural strength at the flight test stage is proposed.
