We propose an approach to matching and aggregation of the set of expert estimates taking into account experts competence. The indicated approach is based on the use of a union of the alternatives weights estimations spectra, quantitative estimation of the matching sufficiency and feedback with experts. On the basis of this approach we have developed different methods in attaining sufficient matching and aggregation of estimates obtained by different techniques: the direct estimation and three procedures of paired comparisons. These methods enable to bring out sources of internal and external non-matching and recommend to experts the means for its reduction.
