ABSTRACT

Methodological essential principles of supporting planned decisions of selection of lines of development of space activity are developed. For solving the problem system-analytical approach, modeling and complex analysis of situations were used. The main principles of construction of a structural objective model of space activity in the Ukraine are given. Three classes of scenario planning are singled out. The base method of estimating planned scenarios, which realizes the principles of advantages analysis, is given.
